Overview
These draft terms describe a proposed arrangement for DOS to provide Restaurant Express — an online booking request and customer enquiry system for restaurants. Fees
Restaurant Express is offered at A$997 setup (one-off) plus A$397 per month for ongoing management. Both amounts are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST applies where DOS is registered. No GST-inclusive totals are stated in this draft.

Scope
Restaurant Express covers one restaurant location, standard booking requests, one website, and one restaurant knowledge base. About 20 tables / 80 seats is an initial guideline only — it is not a capacity guarantee.
Complex seating allocation, voice AI, additional venues and custom integrations are not part of Restaurant Express and require a separate assessment.
Booking requests are requests only
Booking requests submitted through Restaurant Express are requests only. Staff acceptance is required before a request becomes a confirmed booking. Restaurant Express does not allocate tables automatically, does not use voice AI, and does not guarantee any particular outcome or number of bookings.
Optional services
DOS standard website installation is offered as an optional service at A$697 + GST.
A new restaurant website is quoted individually — request a quote. There is no fixed price for a new website.
Payment
The setup fee and monthly management fee are payable as agreed with DOS. Specific payment methods, timing and invoicing arrangements are to be confirmed by DOS before launch. This draft does not specify payment terms that have not yet been supplied.
Scope changes
Any change to the agreed scope — including additional venues, custom integrations, or changes to the knowledge base beyond the standard inclusions — requires a separate assessment and may be quoted separately by DOS.
Support
Standard ongoing maintenance and monitoring of the installed widget is included. Specific support response times and channels are to be confirmed by DOS before launch. This draft does not state response times that have not been supplied.
Proposed cancellation (draft — subject to confirmation)
The following is a proposed draft clause only. It is explicitly subject to DOS confirmation and legal review, and is not presented as already agreed policy:
- A customer may request cancellation through DOS.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the customer's current paid monthly period.
- Monthly charges stop after that period ends.
- The setup fee is not refunded once work has started, except where a refund is required by law.
Final cancellation terms will be confirmed by DOS following legal review and before launch.
