The process

Each step is designed to keep you in control. Your staff always accept booking requests — nothing is auto-confirmed.

Signup
Tell us about your restaurant — name, location, website and the basics of how you take bookings today. No account needed to start.
- Step 2
Payment
Choose Restaurant Express: A$997 setup + A$397/month (excluding GST). Optional add-ons like website installation are quoted separately.
- Step 3
Onboarding
Complete a short onboarding form with your menus, hours, policies and FAQs. This feeds your restaurant knowledge base and chat widget.
- Step 4
Configuration
We configure the chat widget, booking-request flow, staff notifications and your Google review QR link against your details.
- Step 5
QA
We test the widget, booking requests and notifications end-to-end so everything answers correctly and routes to the right staff member.
- Step 6
Installation
You receive self-installation instructions and widget code for your site, or add the optional standard website installation (A$697 + GST).
Your staff always stay in control of bookings
Restaurant Express collects booking requests, not confirmed reservations. Every request is sent to your staff to accept or decline — so you keep full control of your floor, seating and availability. No request becomes a confirmed booking until your team says yes.
